2. DIGITAL ASSETS & BLOCKCHAIN ACTIVITY

NFT Purchases: Arry's NFTs are digital assets recorded on block-chain networks (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon). You acknowledge that block-chain transactions are public, irreversible, and outside our direct control.

Wallets: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your digital wallet (e.g., MetaMask) and private keys. Arry's NFT cannot recover lost private keys or seed phrases.

Ownership: Purchasing an Arry's NFT grants you ownership of the underlying token on the block-chain. Intellectual property rights, including copyrights or trademarks, remain with Arry's NFT unless expressly transferred in writing.

Royalties & Resale: We may implement royalties on secondary sales via smart contracts. By purchasing an NFT, you agree that such royalties may automatically be deducted.
